No custody and no access requests

Digital Asset Legacy does not hold, recover, transfer, or manage digital assets. We will never ask for a seed phrase, private key, wallet address, balance, device PIN, passphrase, or physical storage location. Do not submit any of that information.

Acceptable use

You may use the site and workbook for lawful personal or internal business planning. You may not misuse the forms, interfere with the service, automate abusive submissions, impersonate another person, or use the materials to gain unauthorized access to assets.

Ownership

The site design, copy, and workbook are owned by Digital Asset Legacy or its licensors. You may download and print the workbook for your own planning. You may not resell or misrepresent it as your own product.

No guarantee

Planning outcomes depend on your facts, chosen custody model, jurisdiction, documents, and advisers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular inheritance, security, legal, or tax result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Digital Asset Legacy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of assets, data, profits, or access arising from use of the site or workbook.
